Product Owner Role Product Owner Experience 8+ years Domain Trade and Treasury Banking Work Focus Digital Product and Platform Capabilities Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product definition and delivery across Trade and Treasury platform capabilities. The role will work across business and technology stakeholders to shape priorities, translate needs into delivery-ready outcomes, and support value realization across the product lifecycle. Work Focus Trade and Treasury Platform Capabilities, including Client Entity Models, Entitlements, Product Catalog, Orchestration, Agentic Workflows, Reporting Services, Statements Services, and Digital Onboarding. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a prioritized backlog for an assigned digital product, platform, or capability area within Trade and Treasury. Convert business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and delivery-ready requirements. Work directly with Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily clarification, demonstrations, UAT, defect triage, and release readiness. Partner with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, data, and design stakeholders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, and enable timely decisions. Apply product judgment to sequence work, define MVP scope, balance stakeholder needs, and keep delivery focused on measurable business value. Demonstrate technical fluency across digital platforms, APIs, data, workflow automation, controls, resiliency, and production support considerations. Maintain backlog hygiene, requirement traceability, decision records, and acceptance readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support production implementation, post-release validation, issue analysis,



and continuous improvement of the assigned capability. Required Experience and Skills 8+ years of overall experience, including relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or product-focused Business Analyst within banking or financial services. Working knowledge of Trade and Treasury platform capabilities, preferably including one or more of: client entity models, entitlements, product catalog, orchestration, agentic workflows, reporting services, statements services, or digital onboarding. Strong hands-on capability in backlog management, prioritization, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and delivery-ready requirements. Experience working with Agile teams through refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and post-production support. Good technical understanding of digital platforms, APIs, data, workflows, automation, controls, resiliency, and integration considerations. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with tools used for backlog, requirements, collaboration, and delivery management. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital banking, transaction banking, treasury, or trade finance capabilities. Exposure to product operating models involving multiple squads, shared services, platform dependencies, and regulatory or control stakeholders. Product Owner, Agile, Scrum, banking, or related qualified certification is advantageous.
