Stay for the culture. **What You'll Be Doing:** **Lead Software Engineer** **About the Role** Evolent is looking for a **Lead Software Engineer** to be a key contributor in building scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to lead design and development efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using **ASP.NET MVC, Web forms, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server** + Lead **end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)** including design, development, testing, and production support + Architect scalable and secure solutions by applying **design patterns and principles** + Provide **technical leadership** to the team, conduct design/code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards + Collaborate with **product owners, QA, and other stakeholders** to design and deliver high-quality features + Drive **performance optimization, troubleshooting,
