 Act as the primary link between business teams, operations, and technology functions,

translating business requirements into actionable process and technology solutions.

 Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior leadership

to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure smooth change management.

 Act as a change agent to promote user adoption of current IT tools and processes, providing

training and support to stakeholders.

 Lead project and vendor management activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of

technology and operational solutions.

 Ensure data governance, quality, and continuous process improvements across reporting and

operational workflows.

 Drive operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and implementing improvements

across business and support functions.

Requirements

 5 to 10 years of experience working at the intersection of business, operations, and

technology, including CRM platform management (preferably Zoho CRM), project/vendor

coordination, and data analytics.





 Strong business and operational acumen, with the ability to understand business goals and

translate them into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

 Proven expertise in product enhancement, deployment, and IT change management.

 Proficient in Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting

tools.

 Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.

 Experience automating data workflows and improving system integrations.

 Hands-on experience leading tools and platform rollouts, including planning, stakeholder

alignment, and post-launch adoption.

 Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, with an interest in applying them to improve

business, operations, and reporting processes.

 Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively

across business, operations, and technology teams.
