Key Responsibilities
Sales, Lead Generation & Calling
• Handle website enquiries and incoming leads
• Generate new leads through online platforms, databases, and research
• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on enquiries
• Support website sales and current product sales
• Maintain daily calling, enquiry, and follow-up records
• Update and manage leads in Salesforce CRM Product Onboarding & Operations
• Assist in onboarding new products
• Support indent creation and tracking
• Maintain product-related and policy documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and updates Packaging & Compliance Support
• Assist in packaging requirements for new products




• Support certification and compliance document checks
• Coordinate with vendors for packaging and product details
• Help in vendor creation and item data entry Digital Marketing (Google Ads & SEO)
• Assist in managing Google Ads (Domestic & International)
• Support keyword research and ad copy updates
• Monitor basic campaign performance
• Assist in SEO activities (keyword tracking, on-page updates)
• Support reporting and performance analysis ? Skills & Eligibility
• Graduate / MBA student (Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing preferred)
• Good communication and calling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM
• Interest in sales, lead generation, and digital marketing
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
