ParamAIQ is a group company of Paramverse, which is building technology-led businesses in India. Together, we are building the foundation for how legal work gets done in India. This role hires for Paramverse and ParamAIQ, and across any future group companies. We’re not adding AI to old tools. We’re building the foundation for how legal work gets done in India. Why This Role Matters The best early-career talent decides which startups they join long before they graduate. You’ll make sure Paramverse and ParamAIQ are the ones they pick. You’ll build our campus engine from zero: the relationships, the programmes, and the pipeline that bring us sharp engineers, AI/ML builders, analysts, and future business leaders from India’s top institutes. You’ll work closely with the founders and hiring managers to turn campus hiring into a lasting source of talent, not a once-a-year drive. This is a builder’s seat, not a coordinator’s seat. What You’ll Own
• Campus strategy: Decide which institutes and talent pools matter most, and own the calendar, targets, and budget for internships, PPOs, and full-time hiring.
• Institute relationships: Build direct ties with placement cells, faculty, and student communities at Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical and management institutes.
• End-to-end campus cycle: Run placement registration, pre-placement talks, assessments, panels, offers, and joining for Paramverse and ParamAIQ as one coordinated employer.
• Internships and PPOs:



Design a structured internship programme and convert solid interns into full-time hires.
• Campus brand: Create hackathons, case competitions, and ambassador programmes that build credibility with students.
• Business partnering: Work with founders and function heads to plan campus headcount and push back when the brief is unclear.
• Onboarding and tracking: Onboard campus hires smoothly, and track funnel health, offer-acceptance, joining rates, and cost per hire. What You Bring
• 5 to 12 years in talent acquisition, with strong hands-on campus recruitment experience in India
• Proven hiring from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS) and management institutes (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SPJIMR)
• Strong existing networks with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies
• Experience running the full campus cycle and closing candidates against stronger-brand competitors
• Ability to assess early-career talent across tech and non-tech roles, including engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, marketing, and operations, with a good understanding of the AI landscape (LLMs, agents, ML, data)
• An eye for employer branding among student audiences
• Comfort working with founders and the confidence to challenge a brief
• Zero attitude, 100% humility, and fire in the belly to build under tight constraints
• Ready to work from our Mumbai office, with travel to campuses as needed Bonus Points
