Required Skills 0–2.5 years of professional experience in full stack development; freshers must show equivalent hands-on work through internships or substantial projects Strong proficiency in React.js (or equivalent frontend framework) and Tailwind/CSS Backend experience with Node.js or Python; solid understanding of REST API design Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and schema design Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred): EC2, S3, Lambda, or equivalent Version control (Git) and standard software engineering practices (testing, code review, CI/CD basics) Robust solutioning ability: able to break down open-ended problems, evaluate trade-offs, and design clean technical solutions independently, even outside familiar domains Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; comfortable owning features end-to-end Good to Have Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.), agentic frameworks, or vector databases Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), prompt engineering, or building AI-powered features Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or IoT data pipelines Data visualization experience (Recharts, D3, or similar) Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
