About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager for Social Media to manage the social media accounts of our clients. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of local business clients, responsible for planning and delivering their social content, keeping them happy, and helping their accounts grow. This role suits someone who combines strong social media skills with a client first mindset. You understand what works on social, you can coordinate a creative team to deliver it, and you can build the kind of trust that keeps clients with us for the long run.

What You'll Do
Client Account Management
• Own the day to day relationship for an assigned portfolio of client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
• Onboard new clients, understand their business, audience, and brand voice, and set clear social media goals
• Run regular check ins and review calls with clients to share progress, gather feedback, and align on priorities
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations promptly and professionally
• Spot opportunities to expand the client's engagement with Zoca and flag risks before they turn into churn Social Media Delivery




• Plan monthly content calendars for each client across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Brief and coordinate video editors, designers, and writers to produce posts, reels, and stories on time
• Review content for quality, brand fit, and accuracy, and manage client approvals before publishing
• Make sure posting is consistent and every client's account stays active and on brand
• Manage engagement on client accounts, including comments and messages where required
• Keep up with trends, formats, and platform updates and apply them to client content Reporting & Growth
• Track performance for each client, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and video performance
• Prepare clear, regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
• Test new content formats and strategies to improve results across the portfolio
• Work with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve the client experience What We're Looking For Must Have
• 1
- 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for clients, ideally in an agency, startup, or client facing role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short form video,



including reels
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and deadlines at the same time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling clients
• A good eye for creative quality and brand voice
• Comfort with analytics and turning data into clear recommendations
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with designers, editors, and writers
• A proactive, ownership driven mindset Good to Have
• Experience working with local, beauty, wellness, or hospitality businesses
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Hands on experience creating or directing video content and reels
