Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in Indore. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop design concepts, and prepare mood boards, layouts, and presentations. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating furniture and décor, and preparing detailed drawings for execution. The role involves working with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately, within timelines, and in line with quality standards. The Interior Designer will also visit project sites regularly to oversee work progress, manage design changes,



and address any on-ground issues. Qualifications
• Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Understanding of Architecture principles and their application to interior layouts and structural coordination.
• Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate concepts into practical design solutions.
• Effective communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in a studio or firm setting is an advantage.
