Role Description: The Anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients receiving medical and surgical procedures within KRISHNA HEALTH CARE SERVICES, ensuring safe and effective pain management before, during, and after interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-anesthetic assessment, reviewing medical histories, selecting appropriate anesthesia techniques, monitoring patients intraoperatively, and managing post-anesthesia recovery and complications. The role also involves close collaboration with surgeons, physicians, critical care nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans and optimize patient outcomes. The Anesthesiologist will participate in clinical decision-making, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and support training and guidance for clinical staff when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Anesthesiology, with proficiency in perioperative assessment and anesthesia administration.




• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine and Surgery to coordinate care with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Critical Care Nursing collaboration and management of high-risk or unstable patients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pain Management, including acute, chronic, and post-operative pain control strategies.
• Medical degree (MBBS) with recognized specialization in Anesthesiology; valid medical license and relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work in rapid-paced clinical environments, with strong judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
