Services include bookkeeping and cleanups, accounting support, federal and state tax return preparation, AP/AR management, and timely financial reporting. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for Mid-Senior and Senior level US Tax Associates. The role involves preparing and reviewing U.
S. federal and state tax returns (including 1040, 1120, 1065, 990, and related forms) for individual and business clients of U.
S.-based CPA and accounting firms. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, performing tax research, ensuring compliance with U.
S. tax laws, and maintaining accurate work papers and documentation. The associates will collaborate with U.
S. clients and internal teams, respond to queries,



support bookkeeping and accounting cleanup as needed, and help improve processes, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of U.
S. federal and state tax rules and forms (1040, 1120, 1065, 990), with experience in tax preparation and review for individual and business entities.
• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Hands-on experience with tax and accounting software (e.g., Drake, ProConnect, UltraTax, Lacerte, QuickBooks, Xero or similar tools).
• Ability to perform detailed tax and accounting research, interpret IRS guidance, and apply tax regulations accurately.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with U.
S.-based clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; EA, CPA pursuit, or equivalent skilled certification is an advantage.
• Experience in offshore or outsourcing environments, with capability to manage deadlines, workloads, and client expectations.
