About the Role
As CFO, you will lead the entire finance function: accounting, compliance, treasury, planning and analysis. You will be a key partner to the leadership team, turning numbers into decisions that support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Own financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
• Oversee accounting, MIS, month-end and year-end closing, and accurate financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and fund-raising (debt and equity)
• Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC/MCA, Companies Act and other statutory requirements
• Set up and strengthen internal controls, audit processes and risk management
• Track cost, margins and profitability across routes, fleet, warehousing and customer accounts
• Evaluate capital expenditure, new investments and expansion opportunities
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team




• Present financial performance and insights to the MD, board and investors Eligibility and Qualifications
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Head or Senior Finance Manager role
• Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar asset-heavy business is highly preferred
• Strong command of Indian taxation, GST, Companies Act and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho or similar) and advanced Excel
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial modelling, cash flow and working capital management
• Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar asset-heavy business is highly preferred
• Experience in raising funds or working with banks and investors is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Must be willing to work from our Jaipur office
