We want to hear from you. Inspiria Knowledge Campus is looking for a high-energy Social Media & Content Strategist to lead our digital brand presence. This isn't a "just post and schedule" role. You'll be the director, storyteller and strategic voice of our campus, creating content that connects with Gen-Z students, parents and industry leaders. ?

What You'll Do
▶️ Content Strategy & Short-Form Video
• Own the monthly social strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Script, shoot, host and edit high-retention Reels and YouTube Shorts on campus culture, student wins and academic excellence
• Test hooks, pacing and storytelling formats to keep reach and engagement growing ? Campus Storytelling & On-Camera Presence
• Be the on-camera face for campus events, student podcasts, spotlight interviews and trend-based formats
• Work with faculty, student ambassadors and alumni on authentic "Day in the Life" and success-story campaigns ? Growth, Community & AI Workflow
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney and CapCut Pro to speed up ideation, scripting and design
• Build an active community through comments, DMs and threads
• Keep a brand voice that's relatable,



professional and right for each platform ? Analytics & Performance
• Track retention, engagement, watch time and lead conversions
• Share bi-weekly performance reports and strategy tweaks with the Marketing Head
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team on organic concepts for paid Meta and Google campaigns ✅ What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media Production or a related field
• 1–3 years managing active social accounts, with a portfolio or showreel of short-form video work (Agency or Education sector experience is a plus)
• Advanced video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Design skills in Canva Pro / Photoshop
• Solid grasp of Meta Business Suite ⭐ Skills That Set You Apart
• Strong copywriting: scroll-stopping hooks and clear calls-to-action
• Equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera
• Deep understanding of Gen-Z digital culture, emerging audio trends and algorithm shifts ?
