Role Description The Lead Structural Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing structural design and analysis for a variety of RCC and steel projects. Day-to-day activities include leading project design efforts, performing advanced calculations, reviewing structural analysis results, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, and contributing to peer reviews and value engineering exercises.



The Lead Structural Engineer will also support constructability assessments, participate in design meetings, and help maintain quality, safety, and performance standards across all assigned projects. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to complex structural problems.
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and advanced engineering Calculations for RCC and steel structures.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related structural design software.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading structural design projects, preferably within the building or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian and international design codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and constructability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Experience in value engineering, peer review, and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
