The Business Manager will oversee branch operations, drive sales performance, and manage a team to achieve business targets for life insurance and savings products. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, along with coaching and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and service quality.



The Business Manager will also be accountable for accurate reporting, market analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the branch. Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development capabilities, including experience in meeting revenue and growth targets in financial services or insurance.
• Team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams.
• Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term client trust.
• Operational and analytical skills, including proficiency in using data, reports, and KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services, particularly in branch or regional management, is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and office productivity software for reporting, planning, and customer engagement.
