- Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in time entry configuration, time card templates, approval workflows, time processing rules, and integration with Oracle Project Management. The consultant must be capable of independently managing end-to-end OTL functional processes, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless time entry and approval operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) functionality based on business requirements.
• Set up and manage time entry layouts, time card fields, time entry profiles, and time card templates.
• Configure time entry rules, validation rules, processing rules, and time calculation rules.
• Design and configure approval workflows for time cards, including approval hierarchies, routing, and escalation processes.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion OTL with Oracle Project Management for project-related time entry, labor costing, and time transactions.
• Configure project-based time entry, project/task selection, and applicable expenditure types.
• Troubleshoot issues related to time card submission, validation, approvals, processing, and project time transfers.
• Support end-to-end OTL business processes, from time entry and submission through approval and downstream processing.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Project Management, and technical teams to resolve functional and integration-related issues.
• Conduct functional testing,



system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing OTL configurations. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor (OTL).
• Expertise in time entry configuration, time card templates, time entry layouts, and time entry profiles.
• Experience configuring time card approval workflows and approval rules.
• Strong understanding of time calculation rules, validation rules, and time processing.
• Hands-on experience integrating OTL with Oracle Fusion Project Management.
• Understanding of project/task-based time entry and downstream time transaction processing.
• Experience troubleshooting OTL configuration, workflow, and integration issues.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and their interaction with OTL.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementation or support experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll integration and time transfer processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and interface troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher for data loading and reporting, where applicable.
• Experience working with global organizations and complex time-entry policies.
