Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for PCM Masale. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, and monitor sales metrics to ensure objectives are met. Daily activities involve coordinating with production and marketing teams, preparing sales forecasts, conducting market research, and representing the brand in customer meetings,



trade fairs, and partner discussions. The role also includes negotiating contracts, maintaining robust client relationships, and ensuring high standards of customer service and brand representation. Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development expertise, including experience in FMCG or food and spice products.
• Proficiency in key account management, channel management, and distributor/retailer relationship building.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends and competition.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with national and/or international market expansion; exposure to export markets is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic data analysis for decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel as required, and adapt to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
