- The Jr Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role supports project planning and execution by tracking timelines, coordinating tasks, and updating project documentation. The Jr Project Coordinator will assist in organizing meetings, preparing status reports, and maintaining communication between internal teams such as product, technology, and business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring progress against milestones, identifying basic risks or delays,



and escalating issues to senior project managers as needed. The role also involves helping ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements while supporting continuous improvements in project processes. Location

• Project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills to support explicit, timely updates across teams and assist in meeting coordination.
• Basic understanding of technology or software development processes, with the ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management or ticketing systems).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and willingness to learn project management best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, IT, or a related field; internship or junior experience in project coordination or operations is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, beauty-tech, or consumer technology sectors and openness to developing skills in data-driven, customer-centric projects.
