Role Description The Jr. Legal Tech Consultant (Internship) is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the consultant will assist in onboarding and supporting clients using Sammat’s platform, helping them understand and optimize features for dispute resolution, debt recovery, and contract management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, providing basic consulting on workflow and solution design, and offering technical support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues. The intern will collaborate with legal, product, and sales teams to document client feedback, prepare solution demonstrations, and contribute to improving user experience.



The role also involves maintaining clear records of interactions, preparing reports, and supporting internal training and knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs, assess legal-tech workflows, and interpret platform data.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to assist clients in adopting the platform, improving processes, and aligning solutions with business and legal goals.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to help users navigate the platform, resolve functional issues, and escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support demos, contribute to client onboarding, and communicate the value of Sammat’s solutions effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).
• Interest in legal technology, dispute resolution, contract management, or related fields; coursework or projects in law, business, or technology are beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
