Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for a customer-focused and experienced F&B; Captain to oversee daily restaurant service operations, lead the service team, and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills, along with a valuable understanding of restaurant service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate the service team, including stewards and waiters.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure prompt service.
• Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, menu knowledge, and adherence to service procedures.
• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and efficient service.




• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Support upselling of food and beverage items to improve sales.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations.
• Previous experience as an F&B; Captain, Restaurant Captain, or Senior Steward.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest-handling and team-management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, table setup, and menu presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in casual dining, Turkish cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, or other international restaurant concepts will be preferred.
