Salary:
INR 4-6L per annum. We are a remote company. We're looking for someone who owns the client relationship end to end, from first demo to long-term retention. You'll run client calls, gather feedback, and make sure every client genuinely loves working with us, and that the work we do for them is so sticky they can't imagine switching. You'll also run product demos for recent prospects and also reach out to new brands. Since our product is e-commerce advertising led, you'll need solid knowledge of that space, ideally from working in e-commerce or e-commerce ad agencies.

What you'll do
• Own client calls and collect feedback that shapes our roadmap
• Reach out to potential brands educating them about Artha
• Run live demos of the platform, including the Artha feature
• Convert prospects into clients through consultative, expertise-led selling
• Keep existing accounts sticky through proactive communication
• Write client emails, proposals, and follow-ups that read naturally
• Create blog content with intent — AI-assisted, but with a strong personal voice
• When internal client calls aren't aligned,

• Background in e-commerce or e-commerce advertising
• Genuine understanding of tech and SaaS products
• Experience selling SaaS products is a plus — client-facing selling experience is even better
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both crisp and natural
• Articulate, patient, and genuinely passionate about the product
• Comfortable speaking slowly and clearly to win trust
• Strong written communication with a genuine flair for structure and sentence craft What you get
