Role Description Position: Marketing Executive – Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Rajesh Builders is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to support its day-to-day marketing activities and internal coordination. The role involves understanding the real estate market, tracking industry developments, coordinating marketing requirements and assisting with the execution of various promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate should have an interest in real estate, positive communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of day-to-day marketing activities.
• Research the real estate market, including competitor projects, pricing trends, customer preferences and industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and ensure timely execution.




• Assist in the development and coordination of marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors and service providers for marketing-related requirements.
• Help coordinate project promotions, events, site visits and other marketing initiatives, as required.
• Maintain marketing records, track ongoing activities and prepare regular updates.
• Assist in ensuring consistency across marketing materials and communication.
• Identify relevant market trends and opportunities that can support the company's marketing efforts. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• An understanding of the real estate market and the property development industry.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to conduct market research, organise information and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and working with different teams.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing would be an advantage.
