Ready to move pan India can apply NOIDA LOCATION ### Department Digital Marketing / Media & Communications ### Reports To Management / Marketing Head ### Job Summary We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor & Social Media Executive responsible for creating engaging video content, managing social media platforms, and promoting the organization’s brand digitally. ###

Key Responsibilities
#### 1. Video Editing & Content Creation
* Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
* Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, event videos and educational content.
* Edit raw footage with appropriate cuts, transitions, music, text, subtitles and effects.
* Add logos, branding elements and captions as required.
* Shoot photos and videos during events, activities and special programs.
* Organize and maintain video/photo files and footage. #### 2. Social Media Management
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp accounts.
* Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories and videos.
* Prepare weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
* Write captions, hashtags and descriptions for posts.
* Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
* Coordinate with the management/team to collect content and updates. #### 3. Creative Content
* Develop new ideas for reels, campaigns and promotional content.
* Cover key events, celebrations, achievements and activities.
* Create engaging content to increase audience reach and brand awareness.
* Design simple posters, thumbnails and social media creatives when required.
* Stay updated with current social media trends. #### 4. Performance & Reporting
* Monitor social media reach,



views and engagement.
* Track follower growth and content performance.
* Prepare regular social media performance reports.
* Suggest improvements based on content performance. ### Required Skills
* Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
* Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
* Knowledge of video transitions, audio editing, subtitles and basic color correction.
* Creative thinking and good visual sense.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ### Qualifications & Experience
* Graduate/Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication or related field preferred.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Freshers with strong editing skills and a good portfolio may also apply. ### Key Performance Indicators

* Follow the organization’s branding and content guidelines. ### Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, responsible and trend-aware, with strong video-editing and social media skills. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete process from concept → shooting → editing → posting → performance tracking.
