Freshers / Junior-Level Candidates Job Summary We are looking for motivated junior-level candidates to join our Fraud & Compliance team in a shadowing role. Candidates will learn and support fraud prevention, mystery shopping, compliance testing, and risk monitoring under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Shadow senior analysts during fraud investigations and compliance testing.
• Assist with mystery shopping activities and compliance checks.
• Review basic transactions, documents, and reports to identify potential irregularities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
• Support KYC verification and fraud prevention activities.
• Follow company procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines. Required Skills
• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Solid communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn fraud detection and compliance processes.

Pharm, Life Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant degree is preferred.
