Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces in a full time, in office role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include listing and updating products, optimizing content and pricing, managing inventory on digital platforms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role involves monitoring sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, and using data to drive improvements in conversion, average order value, and customer retention. The Ecommerce Specialist will handle customer queries related to online orders, collaborate with marketing for promotions and digital campaigns,



and ensure a consistent brand presence across platforms. The position requires close coordination with farmer enterprise partners and operations teams to maintain accurate product information and a smooth end-to-end ecommerce experience. Qualifications
• Strong E-Commerce knowledge with experience managing online marketplaces, brand websites, and product listings.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, customer data, and performance dashboards, and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Sales and commercial acumen to support revenue growth, upselling, cross-selling, and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms (e.g., amazon, blinkit, marketplace seller panels) and basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Candidates Fashion, GM, FMCG will be preferred.
• minimum 2 years of relevant experiance is required.
