• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to technical and nicheroles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from day one to develop and own hiring plans.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Share proactive dashboards and structured weekly/monthly hiring updates withstakeholders.
• Escalate hiring risks early and propose actionable solutions.
• Mentor junior recruiters through templates, audits, and sourcing clinics.
• Run structured 1:1s, weekly sourcing standups, and maintain async dashboards.
