Role Description The Assembly Line Worker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The person in this role will assemble components, operate basic machinery and tools, and follow standardized work instructions to meet daily production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality during assembly, performing visual checks, reporting defects, and ensuring that items are packed and labeled correctly for dispatch. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety guidelines,



and collaborating with supervisors and teammates to resolve minor production issues. The Assembly Line Worker will be expected to follow shift schedules, meet productivity standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the line. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and the safe use of basic Hand Tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including visual inspection and adherence to quality guidelines.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Packing, labeling, and basic material handling.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line work, familiarity with workplace safety practices, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and willingness to work in shifts.
