Role Description This full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role is based in Mumbai. The Laboratory Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, prepare samples, and operate a variety of laboratory instruments in accordance with established protocols. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining laboratory equipment, labeling and organizing specimens, recording and interpreting test results, and documenting all activities accurately in laboratory information systems. The role involves following strict quality control procedures, adhering to safety and infection-control guidelines, and supporting senior laboratory staff in troubleshooting and process improvement.



The Laboratory Technician will collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure timely, precise, and compliant laboratory services. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, test execution, and handling of basic laboratory procedures.
• Candidates should be proficient in working with laboratory equipment, including operation, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid quality control capabilities, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with laboratory standards.
• Candidates should have well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, identify irregular results, and support problem-solving in laboratory processes.
• Candidates should have prior experience or training relevant to laboratory technician responsibilities and best practices.
• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations, infection control, and documentation standards is beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
