Company Description Democratic Medical Association (DMA) is a collective platform for healthcare professionals dedicated to strengthening the voice of MBBS and dental students, interns, and practitioners. The association focuses on advocating fair policies, protecting interns’ rights, and promoting academic freedom across medical and dental institutions. Medमंच is the magazine of the Democratic Medical Association (DMA), launching its first issue on 15 November 2026. We are building a team to shape its look, voice and credibility from Issue 1.
• Role Description Digital & Design Team
- The creative face of Medमंच. This team designs the magazine's layouts, posters and social media visuals, and manages its digital presence, keeping every page clean, formal and true to the Medमंच identity. Content & Curation Team
- The voice of Medमंच. This team finds, writes and curates the stories, then checks every piece for grammar, spelling and clarity so each page reads flawlessly. Research and Academic Team
- The backbone of Medमंच's credibility. This team verifies references, checks whether cited articles and studies are accurate, and makes sure every claim we publish is backed by solid evidence.
