You will take complete ownership of administrative operations across our Head Office, Warehouse, and Factory. What You'll Actually Do
• Statutory & Compliance: Lead the tracking and renewal of fire safety NOCs, factory licenses, and trade insurances.
• Multi-Site Operations: Manage facilities, security,



attendance, and shift rosters across the office, warehouse, and plant.
• Liaising: Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities, government bodies, and facility vendors.
• Commercial Admin: Handle administrative budgets, petty cash, vendor payouts, and corporate travel desks. Who You Are
• You have 3-5 years of hardcore admin/facilities experience spanning both corporate and industrial (factory/warehouse) environments.
• You are highly resourceful, execution-oriented, and know how to swiftly resolve on-ground bottlenecks.
• You build trust through integrity and have the stability to grow long-term with an organization.
