Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized, authoritative, and creative Weddings & Events Teams Manager to lead our on-ground operations and cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Directors, this role is the linchpin that connects client vision with flawlessly executed reality. You will bridge the gap between our specialized brands, ensuring that our 30+ member powerhouse team operates with the signature Madhavam blend of royal hospitality and military-grade precision.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
* Direct end-to-end event life cycles across MÉRA.bym (Weddings), MECURATE.bym (Concerts), and MILES.bym (Destination Events).




* Enforce military-grade operational discipline across all event phases—ensuring no detail is too small and no scale is too large.
* Develop and manage master production schedules, run-of-show documents, and logistical workflows for events hosting up to 5,000+ guests.
* Oversee seamless integration of our in-house mega-event catering operations with on-ground event timelines. Technical & Production Oversight
* Coordinate directly with technical leads to manage our 100% in-house inventory, including aluminum truss rigging, moving heads, stage architecture, and high-end audio setups.
* Ensure zero-dependency technical control is maintained, troubleshooting live production issues with rapid, decisive problem-solving.
* Liaise with floral artisans, sound engineers, and the MOMENTS.bym cinematography crew to ensure optimal stage and venue setups. Team & Resource Management
* Lead, motivate, and direct a dedicated team of 30+ professionals spanning event direction, logistics, and client relations.
* Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to maintain our "Excellence is non-negotiable" standard.
* Manage nationwide vendor partnerships, luxury venue relations, and travel logistics for destination celebrations. Client Relations & Hospitality




* Act as the primary operational point of contact for high-profile clients during the execution phase, ensuring a stress-free, premium experience.
* Uphold the Madhavam legacy of warmth and royal hospitality, anticipating client needs before they arise. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
5+ years of proven leadership experience in large-scale event management, luxury weddings, or live concert production.
* Operational Rigor: Exceptional organizational skills with a highly disciplined, structured approach to logistics and time management.
* Technical Literacy: Robust foundational understanding of event production technicalities (AV execution, stage lighting, rigging, and acoustics).
* Leadership Presence: Ability to command a room, direct large crews under high-pressure live environments, and make rapid executive decisions.
* Communication: Flawless communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-net-worth clients, vendors, and internal teams seamlessly.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours, including weekends and late nights, as dictated by the event calendar. Why Join Us?
