7–8 Years Budget: Up to ₹16 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Network Security Lead with strong Red Teaming and Offensive Security expertise to identify security vulnerabilities, simulate real-world cyberattacks, assess attack paths, and strengthen organizational security posture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in adversary emulation, penetration testing, exploit development, and purple teaming across networks, cloud environments, web applications, and AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Red Team engagements and simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) across networks, cloud infrastructure, and applications.
• Perform attack path mapping by chaining vulnerabilities and misconfigurations to demonstrate real-world security risks.
• Develop custom scripts, exploit payloads, and automation tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Leverage frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; to emulate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Conduct web application and API penetration testing, identifying vulnerabilities aligned with the OWASP Top 10.




• Assess the security of LLM-based applications and autonomous AI agents, focusing on prompt injection, data poisoning, and unauthorized privilege escalation.
• Validate security controls through authorized privilege escalation, credential exposure testing, and perimeter and endpoint defense assessments.
• Collaborate with Blue Teams and SOC analysts in purple teaming exercises to validate detection rules and improve incident response playbooks.
• Prepare detailed security assessment reports with actionable remediation recommendations.
• Work closely with security stakeholders to improve threat detection, response capabilities, and overall security resilience. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Offensive Security, and Adversary Emulation.
• Expertise in network security, penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, and attack path analysis.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, Active Directory, and cloud security environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting for security automation and tool development.
• Experience in web application and API exploitation, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of LLM and AI agent security testing, including prompt injection and privilege escalation.
• Experience collaborating with Blue Teams/SOC teams for detection validation and incident response improvements. Good-to-Have Skills
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, and ISO 27001.
• Power BI expertise for security reporting, visualization, and assessment metrics. Candidate Requirements
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a robust focus on Red Teaming and Offensive Security.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
• Candidates with hands-on offensive security and Red Team experience will be prioritized over profiles focused primarily on SOC operations, defensive security, or general network administration.
