Over the next 2 years, you will not just manage ongoing donor pipelines and communications—you will step up into an executive pillar of The Barabari Collective, directly owning our long-term funding architecture, owning grant lifecycles, and cross-state expansion. You will transition from hands-on execution to building and steering a dedicated vertical, positioning our social enterprise identity as the primary external face across corporate CSRs, philanthropic foundations, and government ecosystems in Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. ?
