• AORBIS – Procurement as a Service Provider We are hiring a Sr. BIM Modeler for our sister company, United-BIM, to work on US-based residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, and other building projects. The role will involve BIM project coordination, team management, quality control, and direct coordination with US-based clients and project teams. Job

Location:
• Ahmedabad – Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba
• Work from Office
• Monday to Friday Shift Timings:
• Evening: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
• Shift may vary based on business requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models as per project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Review BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate with US-based clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and implement client feedback.




• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, workflows, and required LOD levels.
• Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Guide junior BIM Modelers and support team productivity and process improvements. Skills &

Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD 100–500, and BIM standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on US-based AEC projects will be preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and stakeholders.
