We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment to join our engineering team in Pune. Job Purpose: The Technical Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing end-to-end techno-commercial proposals, reviewing client requirements, performing basic process design calculations, and coordinating across departments to deliver competitive and accurate bids for water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), RO, UF, STP, and general water treatment projects.
• Technical Evaluation: Review client enquiries, RFQs (Request for Quotations), BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Process & Sizing: Perform basic process design calculations, equipment sizing,



and technical evaluations.
• Engineering Outputs: Draft PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), technical datasheets, equipment lists, and detailed cost estimates.
• Vendor & Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, Purchase, Project, and Sales teams to obtain inputs, gather vendor quotations, and negotiate pricing for competitive offers.
• Sales Support: Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales team in order conversion and deal closure.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all technical and commercial offers. Required Qualifications &

Education:
• B.
E. / B.
Tech in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment proposal engineering.
• Solid technical knowledge of ETP, ZLD, RO, UF, STP, and associated treatment technologies.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, technical calculations, and proposal preparation. Key Competencies:
