Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end RTV operations, from RTV Creation to final dispatch
• Generate picklists, process returns, and manage box closing activities with help of Warehouse Employee.
• Ensure timely movement of RTVs through Packed and Ready-to-Ship stages.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transport partners for smooth dispatches.
• Manage Debit Notes (DN), invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and Credit Notes.
• Track RTV status, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all RTV transactions are updated in the ERP system. Educational Qualification Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Supply chain and Operations. Experience Required 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
