Role Description The Accountant at Naexa Green Energies will manage day-to-day financial activities, including maintaining general ledgers, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves monitoring invoices and payments, managing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.



The Accountant will collaborate with operations and project teams to track costs, analyze financial data, and provide timely reports to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis for decision support.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and internal control procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial but not required.
