Role Description The BIM Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad. The BIM Engineer will develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for mechanical, civil, and architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems into coordinated BIM models. The role also involves reviewing design inputs, resolving clashes,



maintaining documentation standards, and supporting project teams and trainees in the effective use of BIM tools and workflows. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and Civil Engineering, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, integrating multidisciplinary services into comprehensive BIM models.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and managing Construction Drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards and codes.
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and familiarity with relevant standards and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in project teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to keep learning emerging BIM technologies and best practices.
