Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Independently manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other assigned social media accounts.
• Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, research trends, generate content ideas and plan platform-specific content.
• Creative Development: Design static posts and carousels using Canva and AI tools. Coordinate with the video editor for reels and video content.
• Daily Execution: Manage post scheduling, publishing, captions, hashtags, community engagement and quality checks.
• Account Growth: Take ownership of assigned accounts' growth goals, identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Performance Analysis: Review social media data provided by the tracking team, understand what is working and make informed content decisions.
• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to an intern, guide their work, review deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports to clients, highlighting results, learnings and next steps. Dedicated support will be available for client communication, routine data tracking and video editing. What We're Looking For




• 1.5–3 years of practical experience in social media marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and organic social media growth.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and AI content creation tools.
• Ability to write captions, plan content and create engaging social media creatives.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, accountability, initiative and ownership are a must. Agency experience is preferred.
