Company Description The Brand Palette (TBP) is a branding agency focused on building successful, memorable brand experiences. The team combines storytelling, strategy, and design to craft brand identities, including naming, logos, positioning, and visual guidelines. TBP also creates brand experiences through packaging, brochures, catalogs, print ads, and other marketing collateral, as well as out-of-home campaigns. In addition, the agency offers digital branding services such as website design and development, along with ad creatives to support clients’ online presence. Applicants joining TBP will collaborate in a creative environment dedicated to bringing brand stories to life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern/Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and supporting the development of client proposals and pitches. The team member will help build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings, and ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated. Daily responsibilities include researching potential markets, preparing sales materials,



tracking business development activities, and contributing to growth strategies for the agency. The role requires proactive outreach, follow-up with prospects, and participation in meetings and presentations with existing and potential clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support strategic growth.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or advertising services is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, stay organised, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and CRM tools) is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
