Experience:
Minimum 5 years Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Hospitality Projects Job Responsibilities
• Manage contracts and commercial matters for multiple interior fit-out projects.
• Review client contracts, work orders, tender conditions, BOQs, and contractual obligations.
• Handle subcontractor agreements, work orders, contract negotiations, and compliance.
• Monitor contractual milestones, payment terms, retention, bank guarantees, and project deliverables.
• Identify and manage variations, extra items, rate escalations, extension of time (EOT), and contractual claims.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and billing teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
• Monitor contractual risks, delays, penalties, and potential disputes.
• Support final account settlements, contract closure, and recovery of outstanding payments.



Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contracts management for interior fit-out projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Robust understanding of luxury hotel, resort, and large commercial interior project execution.
• Sound knowledge of contract administration, BOQs, rate analysis, variations, and claims management.
• Experience handling client and subcontractor contracts.
• Familiarity with contractual terms, bank guarantees, retention, liquidated damages, and EOT procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and contract documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial management skills. Qualification: Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification. Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in hospitality interior execution, managing multiple project contracts, and resolving contractual claims and disputes.
