Square Yards is hiring experienced and target-driven professionals for Investment Manager / Portfolio Manager positions in its real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle prospective clients interested in residential and commercial real estate investments. Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment goals. Recommend suitable properties and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Arrange client meetings and property site visits. Manage leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
Build solid customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets. Required Skills Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Strong customer relationship management and closing abilities. Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work in field sales. Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is an advantage.
