- 5 years Employment Type: Full time The Role Good-Bee IMS is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience, preferably from an advertising, digital or integrated marketing agency. The person will be responsible for planning, running and optimising paid campaigns for different clients across digital platforms. We are looking for someone who understands digital advertising, enjoys working with numbers and can improve campaign performance through regular analysis and optimisation. What You’ll Do Plan & Execute
• Plan paid marketing campaigns based on client requirements and objectives.
• Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Research target audiences, keywords and competitors.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure proper utilisation.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and without errors. Monitor & Optimise
• Regularly monitor campaign performance.
• Optimise campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
• Work on metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM and ROAS.
• Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign formats.
• Identify campaigns that are not performing well and take corrective action. Reporting
• Prepare campaign performance reports.
• Analyse campaign data and share key insights.
• Suggest improvements based on campaign performance.




• Track campaign budgets and spends.
• Present campaign performance to internal teams and clients when required. Collaborate
• Work closely with Account Managers, KAMs, Creative, Content and Strategy teams.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters for performance-driven creatives.
• Understand client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Participate in client meetings and campaign discussions.
• Support the team in new-business pitches when required. What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Valuable knowledge of campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM and ROAS.
• Experience in campaign optimisation and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well with creative and account management teams. Good to Have

• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
