1+ Year Preferred Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Training Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for training, mentoring, and developing employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions for recent and existing employees.
• Explain company processes, workflows, and job responsibilities.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Help new employees understand company policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and prepare progress reports. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.




• Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence in conducting training sessions and engaging participants.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in employee training, corporate training, or a similar role.
• Experience in onboarding and employee development will be an advantage. Work Requirements
• This is an on-site position based in Kolkata.
• Candidates must be comfortable conducting training sessions in English.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
