About the Role
You will own and run Effora's entire creator ecosystem, from nano creators doing honest product demos to macro lifestyle creators who bring the brand into aspirational spaces. This is a senior execution role. You will not only plan the programme, you will also run it day to day: scouting, pitching, negotiating, dispatching products, briefing, reviewing content and getting it live on time. You will build the influencer engine, decide which creators and formats work best for Effora, and be accountable for the revenue they drive.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
• Define Effora's influencer marketing across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, for each product category (devices, topicals, supplements)
• Build a tiered creator programme, from nano to macro, with clear deal structures (barter, affiliate, performance-based and paid)
• Design and launch a brand ambassador programme with loyal customers and micro-creators Execution, End to End
• Scout, shortlist and onboard the right creators for each campaign, and run outreach yourself
• Negotiate deals and manage creator budgets
• Own the full flow: scripting and references, product dispatch, briefing, drafts, changes, scheduling and going live
• Run high-volume campaigns, including festive sale pushes, new launches and marketplace-specific content
• Build long-term relationships with creators so the best ones work with us repeatedly Performance and Reporting
• Track every campaign on CAC, ROAS, CTR,



views and sales using discount codes, affiliate links and UTMs
• Maintain the influencer database and a daily performance report
• Work with the growth team to turn top creator content into ads, and with the brand team on messaging Market Intelligence
• Track competitor influencer activity and current content and creator trends
• Spot emerging creators early Collaboration
• Work closely with the brand, design, growth, ops and sales teams, so stock, creative and offers are ready before a campaign goes live What We Are Looking For Must-Have
• 5–6 years of experience in influencer marketing at D2C beauty and wellness brands
• Experience running influencer campaigns end to end, at volume, with measurable sales results
• Experience negotiating performance-based and barter deals, and managing budgets
• Solid understanding of creator-led content, social media trends and campaign metrics
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship skills
• Based in or able to commute to Noida Good to Have
• An existing network of beauty and wellness creators
• Experience with affiliate tools, UTM tracking and creator-to-ads workflows
• Experience with marketplace and quick-commerce content (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa)
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research, briefs and scripts Who You Are
