Role Description This full-time remote Short-Form Video & Social Media Intern role is based in India and focuses on supporting FluxNote’s digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-equivalent platforms, and LinkedIn. The intern will assist in brainstorming and producing short-form video content using FluxNote, including scripting, editing, and optimizing clips for different audiences. Daily tasks include repurposing existing content into platform-specific formats, drafting engaging captions, preparing thumbnail concepts, and scheduling posts using internal tools.



The intern will monitor trends, track basic performance metrics, and suggest content ideas aligned with ongoing campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and learn best practices in AI-powered content creation is a key part of the role. Qualifications
• Robust skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with an understanding of short-form content formats and trends.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, engagement, and basic analytics.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft concise, compelling copy for captions and posts.
• Familiarity with video editing tools or apps and an interest in AI-powered content creation platforms (experience with FluxNote or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and willingness to learn performance tracking and optimization.
