About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements
• Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Configure workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs
• Perform data migration, data management, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance-related challenges
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, and other technical stakeholders
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain code quality
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support Required Skills
• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation
• Positive understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of data migration and deployment tools
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
