About the Role
CricKingdom is hiring a full-time Recruitment Executive in Pune, Maharashtra (hybrid working model). You will own end-to-end recruitment across Academy, Sales, Coaching, Operations and Corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.
• Understand hiring requirements from Academy, Sales, Coaching, Operations and Corporate teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and recruitment networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and negotiations.
• Handle offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with HR/management for onboarding and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT,



source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and hiring cost. Primary KRA Manpower Requirement → Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining → Onboarding Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably handling end-to-end hiring.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and multiple-position recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking ability.
• Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Highly organised, target-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment (Pune-based).
• Sports, Education, EdTech, academy, or Startup recruitment experience preferred.
