Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building robust relationships, understanding client logistics needs, and recommending suitable DTDC services. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. The role involves tracking account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and supporting contract renewals and negotiations. The Account Executive will also participate in local sales initiatives, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and provide regular account reports to management. Qualifications
• Customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead follow-up, closing deals, and achieving revenue or volume targets.
• Communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in clear written and verbal communication and professional client-facing interactions.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data tracking, and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of logistics, courier, or supply chain operations; prior experience in express logistics or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and comfort with technology-enabled services.
