Role Description The Healthcare Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers interested in organic and health-oriented products. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their health and lifestyle needs, and recommending suitable organic products and baked items. The role involves explaining product benefits, addressing queries related to ingredients and usage, and ensuring a positive, informative experience. The associate will also support order management, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and assist in maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires prompt joining and offers a compensation of 4.5 LPA. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Interest in health, nutrition, and organic products,



with a willingness to learn product details and benefits.
• Basic sales and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, managing objections, and supporting repeat business.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities to maintain customer information and follow-ups.
• Comfort working in an in office environment in Pune City, with flexibility to work standard retail or customer-facing hours.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, nutrition, commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, or organic product retail is beneficial but not mandatory.
