About the Role
FoodLink is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to keep our Bangalore central kitchen running safely and without breakdowns. You will own the upkeep of all utilities and kitchen equipment, lead the maintenance team, and keep downtime to a minimum during production.

Key Responsibilities




• Plan and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance across the facility
• Maintain HVAC systems, including kitchen exhaust, ventilation, AC units, and cold rooms
• Service and troubleshoot bulk kitchen equipment such as tilting kettles, boilers, combi ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and mixers
• Manage plumbing, drainage, and grease trap systems
• Operate and maintain RO plants and treated water systems, and monitor water quality
• Supervise electrical systems, including panels, DG sets, UPS, and load distribution
• Lead and schedule technicians, and coordinate with AMC vendors and contractors
• Maintain the spares inventory, maintenance logs, and equipment history records
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, and electrical safety standards
• Respond quickly to breakdowns so production keeps moving. Requirements
• Electrical certification is mandatory (ITI/Diploma with a valid electrical license)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or food processing unit
• Working knowledge of HVAC, bulk kitchen equipment, plumbing, RO, and treated water systems
• Experience leading a small technical team
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies
